We make every attempt to mark items "Out Of Stock" as soon as possible. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock, the customer will be contacted within 24 hours and given the option of cancelling the order and receiving a refund, or having the item shipped when we get it back in stock. If you are interested in an item that is marked "Out Of Stock", feel free to contact us for information about when it will be available again.
Can I get accessories for products that are shown on your website?
Yes! We have a large inventory and are constantly updating our website but we do not currently list available accossories for our products on the site. If you are interested in an accessory for a product shown on our website, we would be glad to get it for you by special order. Just contact us with the name and description of the item and we will let you know the price.

How do I pay for my order?
Click "Shopping Cart" in the upper right corner of any page to begin check out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal through our secure shopping system. Sales tax of 8.00% will be added to your purchase(s) if you live in New York and 7.00% if you live in New Jersey. All other states are tax free.
How will my order be shipped?
Our products are carefully packaged and shipped directly to you from our wholesaler in New Jersey, USA. During checkout, US customers will be given the options of "Ground", "Priority", "2nd Day" and "Next Day" shipping.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping charges are based on the total dollar amount of products ordered and are calculated automatically during checkout. Charges for Ground shipping range from $10.00 to $20.00, Priority shipping range from $15.00 to $27.00, 2nd Day shipping range from $20.00 to $35.00 and Next Day range from $35.00 to $57.00.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending upon the distance from New Jersey.
Where is my order?
Every order that we ship has a tracking number that can be used to track down a delinquent package. Delays are not unusual with international packages, but if your order has not arrived within the timetable given, please contact us and we can inititate an inquiry. In the extremely rare case that a package is confirmed lost, you may request either a full refund or re-shipment of your order.
What if something is damaged or defective when it arrives?
Please examine your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away to report any broken or defective items. If an item is damaged during shipment or defective on arrival, save all packaging and contact us immediately to have it replaced free of charge. If the item needs to be returned to us, we will pay the return shipping.
Can I return something?
If for any other reason you are not happy with your purchase, undamaged and complete items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price. In order to qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Please do not return an item without prior authorization. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, an order may be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible as most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.
